Step Seven: Closing Day

Closing day is when everything comes together.

You'll sign the final documents, complete the financial portion of the transaction, receive your keys, and officially become a homeowner.

Before closing, we'll complete a final walk-through to confirm the property is in the agreed-upon condition and that any negotiated repairs have been completed if applicable.

It's one of my favorite days because I get to watch buyers achieve a goal they've often been working toward for years.
