10+ years ago Nicole Giguere joined the Giguere Homes legacy, a custom residential building, and development company servicing the Greater Lansing Area. Starting as an executive assistant, she established a unique set of skills by helping clients understand the construction loan and building process. She was involved with modifying floor plans to meet clients' needs and was engaged in the interior/exterior home selections process to fit the personality and style of the homeowner's taste.
After only a short period of time, Nicole was encouraged to pursue her real estate career by family and friends with backgrounds in mortgage lending, building, and real estate. Once licensed, Nicole joined forces with RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals and enjoys working on a multi-million dollar producing team.
Nicole applies her 7 previous years in owning a business and years of observing in the field to the customer experience. She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge to better service her clients in purchasing and selling existing homes, finding vacant land, and guiding people through building their custom homes.
